Fairway Colombo Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Fairway Colombo Loyalty Program ("the Program") offered by Fairway Holdings ("Fairway Colombo", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Membership Eligibility
2.1. Membership to the Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2. Employees of Fairway Holdings and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Program.
3. Enrollment

3.2. By enrolling in the Program, members agree to be bound by these Terms.
4. Earning Points
4.1. Points are awarded based on the number of bookings made through the hotel website or direct walk-in reservations, as determined by Fairway Colombo.
4.2. Fairway Colombo reserves the right to modify the earning rate and eligibility criteria for Points at any time without prior notice.
4.3. Points will not be awarded for purchases made through third-party platforms or agents. Only direct reservations are eligible for earning Points.

5. Redeeming Points
5.1. Points may be redeemed for rewards as specified by Fairway Colombo.

6.1. Points expire if there is no account activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
6.2. Fairway Colombo may, at its discretion, extend the validity of Points or reinstate expired Points in certain circumstances.
7. Account Management
7.1. Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
7.2. Fairway Colombo is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a member's account.
8. Termination or Suspension
8.1. Fairway Colombo reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's participation in the Program if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

9.1. Fairway Colombo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Fairway Colombo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Program.

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
